The CHS Varsity Volleyball Team will be hosting a three-day skills camp at Cardinal High School on July 23, 24 and 25 from 10:00AM until noon each day. The camp is open to all 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders.
The price is $10 per athlete. Checks should be made payable to “Cardinal Athletic Department.”
This is a 3-day camp.
Day 1 we will do introductions, team building activities and go over how to properly pass or bump the ball.
Day 2 will be broken down into different stations for different volleyball skills, such as passing, setting and over-hand hitting.
Day 3 will be a “scrimmage” between the girls where they can actually play against one another with awards and pizza to follow.
