Braided-n-Banded 4H Horse Club Elects News Officers and Committee Chairs for 2017

Braided-n-Banded, a Geauga County 4H horse club, welcomed new members and elected officers and committee chairs for the 2017 year. Officers elected this year are Taryn Swick as President, Hannah Rus as Vice-President, Kailyn Foutty and Maia Grandini as Treasurers and Hannah Belich and Michelle Kosir as Secretaries. Additionally, various committee heads were elected as follows: Mya Barger for Health and Safety, Jeannette Baker and Heather Patterson for Recreation, Halley Nau and Alayna Stephens for Historian, Jeannette Baker and Marley Grandini for Community Service, Diana Shale for News Reporter, and Riley Ashcroft, Allie Gaskill & Maddie Purcell for Photography.

Braided-N-Banded would also like to thank all the sponsors, advisor, friends and families for a successful Geauga County Horse 4H Club fundraiser. Due to their generosity, the kids in Horse 4H will have another great year.

The club participated in the Geauga County 4H Showcase on Saturday, March 4th which kicked off Ohio 4H week – March 5th thru March 11th. The purpose of the showcase was to share what 4H has to offer. In continued celebration and recognition of Ohio 4H week, Braided-n-Banded created a window display at Linda’s Restaurant in Middlefield.
