In honor of National Trails Day on June 3rd, how about a refreshing springtime hike in your Geauga Park District? Lace up your walking shoes on Saturday, June 3rd, at 10:00 a.m. to enjoy seven miles along the preserve side of Headwaters Park’s East Branch Reservoir that are not normally open to the public.
These scenic wooded lanes offer the possibility of wildlife sightings including resident Bald Eagles and Osprey. Please pack a lunch and water bottle for your trip. Heads up, a short portion of the walk will be on Routes 608 and 322. We expect the hike to wind up about 2:00 p.m.
Registration is required to join this Nature’s Not to Be Missed adventure at Geauga Park District or 440-286-9516. Participants must be 10 or older and able to walk all seven miles with the group.
