Congratulations Chardon High School Class of 2016!

Chardon High School hosted its One-Hundred Forty-Third Commencement Exercise on Saturday, May 28 2016 at the Mentor Fine Arts Auditorium, with 240 seniors receiving their diploma! For 200 years Chardon educators and students have succeeded in raising the bar on educational distinction and this year’s graduating class is no exception.

The CHS Class of 2016 has 61 students who earned an Honors Diploma and 12 students maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout their high school career, sharing the title of Valedictorian! The student with the next highest GPA is designated the Salutatorian.

This year’s distinguished scholars are: (L to R) Salutatorian Ashley Lingafelter & Valedictorians Angela Horvat, Natalie Bukovec, Rachel Banks, Zachary Frank, Melanie Gross, Gavin Kyte, Morgan Powell, Kathryn Fairbanks, Madison Brady, Abigail Roessler, Benjamin Stephans & James Tierney.
