Explore Geauga Parks and Earn Scouting Credit During Fall Scout Days in the Geauga Park District

For that scout in your life, Geauga Park District is proud to announce its Scout Days programs that will help him or her achieve Nature-related scouting goals this fall.

  • Brownie Girl Scouts Hiker Badge – Saturday, October 20th from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at The West Woods, Nature Center

Join us to work on the Brownie Hiker Badge! We’ll take an autumn hike during this special time to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll cover badge requirements 1, 2, 3 & 5.

  • Webelos Walkabout – Saturday, October 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The West Woods, Nature Center

Webelos Scouts, join us for the Walkabout Core Adventure! We’ll complete requirements 1, 2, 3 4 (partial) & 5, starting indoors with a brief program, then heading outdoors for the hike.

  • Daisy Scouts Clover Petal – Saturday, November 17th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at The West Woods, Nature Center

Daisy Girl Scouts, start your journey toward earning your Clover Petal! With a hike and indoor activities, you’ll learn about using our natural resources wisely.

  • Tiger Cubs Backyard Jungle Adventure – Saturday, November 17th from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at The West Woods, Nature Center

Tiger Cubs, attend this indoor/outdoor program to explore “Nature in the Backyard Jungle”!

Registration is required for all four programs at Geauga Park District or 440-286-9516. Remember to dress for the weather, and please call ahead with questions.
