Food & Beverage Manager
This person is directly responsible for the oversight of all food & beverage operations to include restaurant, lounge, kitchen and banquets.
- Must be 21 years old
- 2-4 years experience as a restaurant manager or F&B manager
- Strong knowledge of food and its preparation, bar-tending, and the different styles of service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Generate schedules for all areas of food & beverage operations
- Maintain health and safety standards with department for guests and employees
- Constantly encourages teamwork, professionalism, and creativity among staff
- Supervise and direct the food and beverage staff
- Plan, coordinate, and implement special events and holiday functions
