The Level Up Fitness Challenge take fitness to a whole new level. In December, the Y’s of Ohio participated in a FitBlitz Challenge. Now they are back at it again with another challenge for February.
YTRAAK’s February fitness challenge allows you to challenge yourself to be more active and more intentional about your activities. By choosing your goal, Casual, Advanced, or Ultimate, you choose how much exercise you think you can handle in the month of February.
Using the YTRAAK app, you can track your workouts on any synched device, documenting how many minutes you have spent on both cardio and strength training. If you get to February 15 and you decide that the Casual level is not challenging enough for you, the app gives you the option to Level Up and challenge yourself that much more.
Workouts do not have to be done at the YMCA. They can be done at home, outside or wherever you feel most comfortable. Each activity counts towards your monthly goal.
Every participant that registers for Advanced and Ultimate will receive a high performance shirt. All who complete their goal will be entered to win one of three FitBit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristbands.
