The Chardon Square Association is pleased to announce the return of the Farmers Market, Flea Market, and Kids Flea Market. The month of June includes all these popular markets held on the beautiful historic Square.
The Farmers Market will be returning for the fifth year each Friday starting June 7 through September from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the Square. This year’s market will build on four successful years of offering a wide variety of locally raised produce and plants, bakery, grass fed beef, ice cream, soaps, and other locally produced cottage goods.
The 22nd Annual Flea Market will be on June 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the Square. As before, there will be over 100 vendors offering antiques, collectibles, plants, flowers, crafts, Amish jellies, jams, pies, and jewelry. There will be many unique new and old items for sale sure to satisfy the “American Picker” in us all.

The third Annual Kids Flea Market will be on June 9 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the Square. Started in 2011, the Kids Flea Market was spun off the highly successful Chardon Kids Fest to allow kids to be introduced to the basics of entrepreneurship. During this market, kids are encouraged to show up to purchase a booth space to show their toys and maybe make a little bit of money from other local kids selling their toys.
We encourage everyone to attend these wonderful markets throughout the month of June to kick off the summer season on the historic Chardon Square. To find out more about these markets and other happenings on the Square, visit our website.
