It’s Time for some Sweet Corn at the Kiwanis Club of Chardon 11th Annual Corn Roast on September 15

The Kiwanis Club of Chardon is pleased to announce the 11th Corn Roast, which is held each year to celebrate the bounty of the growing season. For a second year, the Corn Roast will be held in conjunction with the Harvest Handmade Market being sponsored by the Chardon Square Association.

The 11th Annual Corn Roast will take place September 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Historic Chardon Square. The Chardon Kiwanis will be providing fresh sweet corn from hometown favorite Sage’s Apple Orchard and other items such as a delicious sausage sandwich, which was first introduced last year.

“The money raised through the Corn Roast helps support the Kiwanis club programs throughout the Chardon area,” said club member and event chairman, Jim Rayl. “What is better than a wonderful afternoon with your family and friends, some local sweet corn, crafts, and being able to go home knowing you helped your community.”

The Kiwanis Club of Chardon would like to invite you to this annual end of summer event.
