Literary Cleveland is currently seeking submissions of first-person stories, essays and poems by people who live in, work in, or have a personal connection to Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas!
Selected works will be published in Cleveland Stories Vol. 1, a book produced by Lit Cleveland. Selected contributors will be paid an honorarium of $50 and invited to a final reading and celebration tentatively scheduled for October 20th (details TBA).

Gordon Square Review’s Fall Prose Contest Open through October 1st
Gordon Square Review is pleased to announce a 2018 Prose Contest for Northeast Ohio writers submitting fiction or nonfiction up to 7,500 words. Each entry costs $8. The winner will receive $250, publication in Issue 3 of Gordon Square Review, an invitation to read at the Issue 3 launch party, and a voucher for one free Literary Cleveland class or workshop.
