Munson Girl Scout Troop 1166 extends its thanks to everyone who supported the recent Crocs service project. The troop was able to donate 43 pairs of Crocs to Soles4Souls. The organization advances its anti-poverty mission by collecting new and used shoes and clothes and then distributing those shoes and clothes both via direct donations to people in need and by provisioning qualified micro-enterprise programs designed to create jobs in poor and disadvantaged communities.
Pull tabs
Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland collects aluminum pull tabs from any container (soda pop, soup, pet food, etc.) and recycles those tabs into money for its Family Fund. This fund helps support the families that stay at RMH by providing meals and items for families, assistance in emergencies, and giving families special moments – like small gifts for children if they have a birthday while at the House. Please collect these valuable tabs to support the families living at the Ronald McDonald House in Cleveland. Both Chardon Middle School and Hambden Elementary accept the pull tabs for delivery to the main collection site.
