Gypsy
My name is Gypsy. I am a five year old gal that wandered in from the cold several months ago. I am cozy in my Rescue Village Cage but love my outings more in our Get Acquainted room where I go on overnight camp-out and play dates with volunteers during the day. My favorite toys are stuffed mice, bottle caps, and laser light play with human friends. I am healthy and strong. Kind patience in a new ‘home’ will help me adjust and enjoy a gypsy kind of life. My outside cat days are in the past. I have no front claws and need to be safe indoors. I will welcome a bed, a bowl of nourishing food nearby, and a clean litter box. In, return, I promise to be a great mouser if any of those little guys dare to intrude your space.
I am unique – a wonderful thing! Some kitty cats are lap cats or jocks, beauty queens or managers, sleepy heads or cheerleaders ..I am Gypsy … a girl simply wanting a job.
I am applying for a much wanted adoption and will be happy in
~a home office
~an office away from home
~a feed store
~a warehouse or something I haven’t thought of
Please come talk to the Rescue Village staff about me … I bet we can make a match.
I am spayed, FIV negative, current with all vaccines, dewormed, have been given flea control, and micro-chipped. I use my litter box.

Cody
Poor Cody! His owner died and then the rest of the family deserted him! Thankfully he was scooped up by a friend of the family and brought to us. He is front de-clawed,loving and sweet. He was quite depressed upon first arriving at Rescue Village and didn’t want to eat. We found that a lot of love and petting and coaxing is the key to pulling him back to high spirits! Cody is about ten years old, and has a heart of gold. He may do best in a home that is a bit on the quiet side. His life has been turned upside enough as it is! Come on in and check him out!

Fern
Fern is an absolute sweetie! She is 6 years young and has plenty of energy to keep you busy! When Fern arrived, she was very busy herself caring for 6 pups. Her babies have since been adopted to wonderful families, and Fern is excited to get back into her regular routine again! Fern LOVES to play and needs lots of time and space to do so! Since Fern likes to play rough, we are asking that she go to a home with older teens, and no cats. Come meet this fun loving girl and fall in love today!

Penny
Hi! My name’s Penny! I came in from a home when my mom had me and some other babies! Too many hamsters were there so my family gave me up to give me a chance to get more love! I’m a little shy about being picked up and held, so I’d love to have a new family with kids over 12! I am very sweet though and love seeing what my people are doing! The humans here like putting me in a big room to let me run around and play with toys. It’s one of my favorite things ever! So time outside of my cage would keep me happy. I like climbing on people’s shoes while I’m out and sniffing them and following my humans around. Please take me home today! I promise I’ll give you lots of love and fun!
