This winter, visit The West Woods Nature Center at your leisure beginning March 1 to take an artistic journey of things big and small, celebrating all the colors and life present on this vivid planet of ours.
In the new display “Vivid Planet,” artists Deb Berkebile and Brittany Paynter have expressed their visions through textiles, pottery, paint and watercolor. The show opens with a special Meet the Artists event Saturday, March 1, from 1 to 3 p.m., featuring attendance by the presenting artists. It will remain free and open to the public through its close, which has not yet been determined.
The West Woods Nature Center is wheelchair/stroller accessible and open daily 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 9465 Kinsman Road (Route 87) in Russell Township. With questions, call 440-286-9516.
