NDCL’s McGarry Gym was full of team pride on Friday morning, February 14, 2014 as Link Crews competed in three high-energy events: body spelling, teacher trivia, and the free-standing tower challenge.

The Olympic theme was developed by junior and senior Link Leaders to increase team-building and friendly competition among the Link Crews.

Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, Link Crew trains members of the junior and senior class to be Link Leaders. As positive role models, Link Leaders motivate incoming freshmen and help them discover what it takes to be successful in high school.

NDCL Assistant Principal Mr. Vince Bonacci, Director of College Counseling and Support Services Mrs. Rachel Siegel, and science teacher Mr. Nathan Smith are the adult leaders of Link Crew. This is the program’s first year at NDCL.
