NDES eighth grade students spend a day with clay at some time during the year as part of the visual arts program at NDES.
Each eighth grade class takes a turn spending a day in the art room building a three dimensional piece of art of their own design. Armed with their design, students mold slabs of clay into a pot, platter or bowl. Each clay piece is then fired and glazed.
