Pat and Diane Preston had lived in more than 20 cities across the country and were ready to settle down and raise their family. Burton seemed to offer them the best opportunity to do so. Service

Everyone is welcome at Prestons! They are NOT just about selling cars, but will service them as well – whether you have purchased from them or not. “Our service departments are 80% of our business,” says Pat, “and we do more work than most of the big dealers in Mentor and Cleveland. All of our co-workers and, most importantly, Diane and I, work under the service mantra; providing service is a noble endeavor not a chore!”

To affirm their belief in serving the community, they have offered a remarkably low price on oil changes for over seven years – $12.95 – even though today’s oil change costs around $29.50.

Here’s another great reason to try Preston Superstore. “We believe in providing uncommon value to our customers; whether it is the pricing of our used cars or getting their vehicle serviced. I started shuttling cars myself as a pickup and delivery service to enable people to get their car serviced when it’s convenient for them. I have never charged for this service. We now pick up and deliver upwards of 20 vehicles a day. People tell me they like to show off to their co-workers (by saying), ‘You mean, your dealership doesn’t do a pickup and delivery service?’”
