If we could stack a couple of snow storms back to back then conditions would be ideal for mushers and their sled dog teams. Unfortunately, with rain and temperatures predicted to be in the mid 40’s by the weekend it’s unclear if the annual Punderson Sled Dog Classic will be held.
The event, sponsored by the Siberian Husky Club of Cleveland, takes place at the parks golf course and woodland trails surrounding the area.
Spectators are welcome and the admittance is free.
The Classes are:
4 & 6 Dog Open Classes – (4 & 6 miles) Open classes constitutes any breed of dog.
