LIVE TV/Internet Auction

The Chardon Schools Foundation will be on the air LIVE, Saturday March 9th with the Foundation’s Annual Live TV Internet Auction. CSF members are actively soliciting donations for the event with the hopes of matching or exceeding past year’s success.

All the LIVE Auction fun starts Saturday, March 9th at 5:30 p.m. on G-TV, Channel 1020, Channel 1025 and the Internet at csfauction.org. Items are being added to the website daily so bidders can check out all the items before bidding. Internet bidding can be done at any time up until the boards close Saturday night.

Park PTO hosted its annual Valentine Father/Daughter Dance with a packed house at Park Auditorium on Friday, February 8th. Fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures were on hand to to treat their little sweethearts to an evening of dress-up, dancing, and fun.

The fast and furious bidding will continue with boards introduced, revisited, and then closed with the final boards closing sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Winning bidders will be notified that night or the following late Sunday morning. All items may then be picked up at Park Auditorium Sunday (3/10) from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. sharp.

CSF is still very much in need of fun, exciting, useful, practical, beautiful, functional items of all types and varieties. CSF Members are ready to pick up your donation at a moment’s notice! Call 440-487-8653 to make arrangements. Deadline for donations is Saturday, March 3rd so don’t delay. Be a part of the fun and help CSF continue to fund exciting and interesting grants for Chardon Schools Teachers and our Students.

S’mores in the winter? You bet. Third graders in Carrie Stewart’s third grade class at Park Elementary enjoyed the gooey treats after first observing the physical and chemical changes as they toasted their marshmallows during their classroom S’mores Lab.

The Foundation is supported solely by local donors whose generous gifts keep CSF’s funding vibrant and responsive to the needs of the school district. You can send a contribution to P.O. Box 838, Chardon, Ohio, 44024. Or make a donation online at chardonschoolsfoundation.org. The Chardon Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. All donations are tax deductible.
