The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad Runs Dads Ride Free Special

The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad (CVSR) is running a ‘Dads Ride Free’ special this Father’s Day Weekend, Friday, June 15th through Sunday, June 17th.

Starting Friday, June 15th, for one purchased adult or child National Park Scenic coach ticket, one adult National Park Scenic coach ticket is free (valid for up to two free adult coach tickets per household). After two free coach tickets, any additional passengers will require paid tickets. The special ends on Sunday, June 17th.

The National Park Scenic coach tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children (ages 3-12). Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on parent’s or guardian’s lap.

This special is based on availability and valid for walk up, online or phone orders. It is recommended that passengers purchase tickets in advance. This offer is not valid with any other promos (senior discount, military/veteran discount, membership discounts, etc.) and is limited to June 15-17 on National Park Scenic excursions in the coach cars only. Not valid for upgrades.

CVSR is also hosting Drinks With Dad on Saturday, June 16th and Sunday, June 17th departing from Rockside Station at 4:50 p.m. Passengers will receive one complimentary beer and four appetizers. Tickets are $40 per person. Passengers on this excursion must be twenty-one years of age of older to ride.

Families can enjoy CVSR’s Family Fun Loop: Draw for Dad on Saturday, June 16th departing from Peninsula
at 3:40 p.m – 5:30 p.m. Climb aboard and spend an afternoon creating the perfect gift for Dad. On board, CVSR will provide supplies to create a craft for Dad. Tickets are $21 per person.
