It is Time for some Sweet Corn! The Kiwanis Club of Chardon Announces the Return of the Corn Roast on the Historic Chardon Square!

The Kiwanis Club of Chardon is pleased to announce the return Corn Roast on the Historic Chardon Square. The Corn Roast is held each year to celebrate the bounty of the growing season and to help raise money to support the scholarships and other charitable programs offered by the local
Kiwanis club.

The 9th Annual Corn Roast will take place September 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Historic Chardon Square. The event will feature entertainment, a silent auction, and fresh sweet corn from hometown favorite Sage’s Apples.

“The money raised through the Corn Roast helps support the Kiwanis club programs throughout the Chardon area,” said club member and event chairman, Jim Rayl. “What is better than a wonderful afternoon with your family and friends, some local sweet corn, and being able to go home knowing you helped your community.”

The Kiwanis Club of Chardon would like to invite you to this annual end of summer event. For more information about the Corn Roast or the Chardon Kiwanis, please visit Kiwanis Club of Chardon or call 440-537-4718.
