‘Board’ learners share anatomy knowledge

Students in NDCL science teacher Mrs. Elizabeth Ford‘s Human Anatomy and Physiology classes creatively applied their learning to design creative board and computer games based upon the organ systems of the human body.

Here seniors Katelyn Zitnik (clockwise from left), Addison Schermer, and Hayden Bell play their game entitled “Digestive Departure.”

Here’s hoping the loser didn’t get heartburn!

Anatomy is among the popular elective offerings of NDCL’s Science Department, which include courses such as STEM Biomedical Studies, College Biology, Astronomy, and AP Physics.
