At the special invitation of the Chardon Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chardon Square Association and Chardon Tomorrow, the Easter bunny will make an appearance in Chardon on Saturday, April 19, for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The event begins with a pancake breakfast at Pilgrim Christian Church from 8:00 -11:00 a.m. Price is $8 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under and includes a picture with the Easter bunny.
The hunt, which is free to children through the age of eight, will begin at 10:00 a.m. on the Square. Children are asked to bring their own baskets to fill with candy and special treats. Participants will be supervised by adult volunteers during the hunt which is being sponsored jointly for the first time by the three Chardon civic organizations.
After the hunt, photos will be available with the Easter bunny for $5.
