L.E.A.D.: Leadership Engagement = Accelerated Development lays the foundation for transitioning from worker to team lead or supervisor, and provides the opportunity for existing managers who have never had training or who need to upgrade their skills. The series of eight behavioral, interactive courses and workshops teach effective methods to win trust and respect, to motivate, and to strike the right balance between delegation and control.
