Wanted: Aquatic Invaders in our Backyard Ponds!

The Geauga and Portage Soil and Water Conservation Districts are pleased to present the 2021 Pond Management Clinic: Aquatic Invaders in our Backyard Ponds!  Several aggressive water weed species are on the move and threaten our recreation, ecosystems, and economy.  Join us for this special online presentation featuring Mark Warman, Cleveland Metroparks Aquatic Invasive Species Project Coordinator.  Learn about aquatic invasive plants creeping into Ohio’s natural areas and ponds, along with identification, response strategies, and a few rare native plant discoveries.
